About Keepsake
A Quiet Office for Families Who Value Order
We started Keepsake because too many families found themselves surrounded by unsorted papers at the very times they most needed clarity. Our role is simply to help sort, label, and organise — nothing more.

How Keepsake Came to Be
Keepsake was established in Bangkok by a small group of administrative professionals who had spent years helping organisations keep their internal records in good order. Over time, they began to notice that many individuals and families — particularly those going through significant life transitions — were struggling with exactly the same challenge at home.
Drawers full of unmarked envelopes, folders without labels, papers that might be important or might be long outdated — the kind of disorganisation that feels manageable until, suddenly, it isn't. The team saw a gap: there were few calm, unhurried services to help ordinary families get their household documents sorted without being pushed toward decisions or given advice they hadn't asked for.
So in 2021, they opened a small office on Phaya Thai Road and began offering what they described as "document housekeeping" — a phrase that has stuck. Since then, Keepsake has worked with families across Bangkok, running sorting sessions, hosting small workshops, and providing members with steady access to general templates and checklists.
The philosophy has not changed. We do not advise. We do not recommend. We help families find their papers, put them in order, and understand — in broad, general terms — what different types of family records tend to look like. What families do with that order is entirely up to them.
Our Mission
What We Are Here to Do
Our mission is to give families in Bangkok a calm, well-considered space to bring order to their records — at their own pace, without pressure, and without ever crossing into personal advice or individual guidance of any kind.
We believe that good record-keeping is a form of care — for yourself and for the people who may need to navigate your documents one day. It doesn't need to be rushed, and it doesn't need to be stressful. It needs a bit of structure, a few good labels, and someone patient enough to sit alongside you while you work through it.
That is what Keepsake offers. Nothing more, and nothing less.
Gentleness
We work at the pace families need, not the pace we find convenient.
Neutrality
We never steer families toward decisions. Organisation is our work; choice is theirs.
Discretion
What happens in a session stays there. Privacy is non-negotiable for us.
Steadiness
Good habits grow slowly. We support families over time, not just in a single visit.
The People Behind Keepsake
A Small, Careful Team
Each member of our team comes from an administrative or records-management background. None of us are advisors — we are organisers, and we take that seriously.
Pimchanok Mahasak
Founding Director & Session Lead
Pimchanok spent twelve years managing records for a large Bangkok property firm before founding Keepsake. She leads our Study Sorting Sessions with patience and a notable fondness for colour-coded tabs.
Thanakorn Wattanaporn
Workshop Facilitator
Thanakorn designs and delivers our Records Understanding Workshops. His background is in adult education and plain-language communication, and he is skilled at making unfamiliar topics feel approachable.
Siriporn Rattanakul
Membership & Materials Coordinator
Siriporn oversees our Ordered Archive Membership, developing the templates, checklists, and information sheets that members receive throughout the year. She has a background in administrative document design.
How We Work
Our Standards & Approach
Every session, workshop, and membership material is held to the same standards — consistent, careful, and clearly within the boundary of general information only.
General Information Only
Everything shared in our sessions and materials is general and educational. We never tailor information to an individual's personal circumstances, and we do not make recommendations of any kind.
Privacy as Standard
Details discussed during sessions are never shared, stored beyond what is needed for the appointment, or referred to outside the session. We collect only what is required to arrange a booking.
Reviewed Materials
All templates, checklists, and information sheets used in our workshops and membership are reviewed before distribution to ensure they remain general, accurate in structure, and free of individual guidance.
Small Group Sizes
Our workshops are kept deliberately small — no more than eight participants per session — so that each family has room to ask general questions and engage with the content at their own speed.
Clear Service Boundaries
We explain our boundaries clearly at the start of every engagement. Families always know what Keepsake can and cannot do, and we are happy to suggest they seek other kinds of support when our scope does not cover their needs.
Consistent Quality
Whether you attend a single session or hold an ongoing membership, the quality of what Keepsake provides does not vary by service level. All three offerings are held to the same careful standard.
About Our Work
Document Organisation for Bangkok Families
Keepsake serves families across Bangkok who want to bring a considered, unhurried order to their household records. Our administrative sessions, general-education workshops, and archive membership are each designed for families at different stages of the sorting process — whether just beginning or looking to maintain steady habits over time.
Document organisation is not the same as document advice. We help families find and arrange their papers; what those papers mean for personal decisions is a separate question, and one that falls outside the scope of anything Keepsake provides. This boundary is one we take seriously and maintain consistently across every engagement.
Families in Bangkok often manage records across multiple languages, multiple generations, and multiple property types. Our materials are designed to be flexible enough to support this variety, while remaining general in their content. We do not tailor what we provide to any individual's specific document situation.
Keepsake's office is located at 81 Phaya Thai Road, Ratchathewi — a central, accessible part of Bangkok, close to public transport. Sessions can also be arranged at the family's home in suitable cases. Our team is small, experienced in administrative records management, and committed to working quietly, carefully, and without pressure.
