• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a handling fee; specific terms will be communicated at booking.

Study Sorting Sessions

Sessions are administrative in nature. Our team will help arrange and label documents as directed by the client. Keepsake does not review, interpret, or advise on the content of any documents.

Records Understanding Workshop

Workshop content is prepared for general audiences. Participants acknowledge that information presented is educational only and not tailored to their individual circumstances, household, or jurisdiction.

Ordered Archive Membership

Membership provides access to general templates and reference materials. Materials are reviewed periodically; Keepsake does not warrant that materials are complete, current, or appropriate for any specific situation.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to our website or that all materials will be free from error at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Keepsake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of our services or reliance on our general information materials.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement at any time. In the event of termination by Keepsake due to a breach of these terms, no refund will be due for services already rendered.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keepsake.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.
